On Saturday, January 19th at 12:00pm, KBUA Umpire Roger Fulks will be inducted into the Kentucky H.S. Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame. Roger has been a long time member of the KBUA and has represented our association in the Kentucky State H.S. Championships as well as advancing in his umpiring career at the college level.

	The KBUA Board of Directors has finalized the dates for the 2019 season and secured Seneca H.S. as our new site for regular membership meetings. The meetings will be held in the Stickler Theater, part of Seneca's professional development area.

	The Louisivlle baseball community lost an icon over the holidays. Pat Weigandt, retired Holy Cross and Bellarmine coach, passed away in December, at the age of 74. He coached in the Louisville area for over 50 yrs. In 2017 Coach Weigandt's Holy Cross team won the KY State Championship, he was voted Coach of the Year and inducted into the KY H.S. Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame.
